This area is for purchasing an Ad in the 2009 Scholar Program that will be available at the 2009 Scholar Tribute on April 5th.
Program ads are $50 each. Program ad size will be half a page in a 8 x 11 program or full page for a 5 1/2 x 8 program. If you wish to purchase inside front, inside rear or outside back, please call 336-245-9074 or email us at pwmsrd@midsouthpopwarner.net.
Businesses that wish to purchase an Ad may find the first 3 lines of the form are not applicable to them. If you are a business, please fill out the rest of the form and submit.
If you are a Parent purchasing an ad for your Scholar, please fill out all areas of the form and submit it to Mid-South.
When you have completed the form, please press the Submit button at the bottom of the form. You will then be taken to the Store to complete the purchase of the ad.
